DealerBoost is committed to security, and our software infrastructure is hosted within Heroku’s cloud-hosted secure applications platform. For security-related inquiries, please refer to Heroku’s security policy page: Heroku Security Policy.

Please find below important information regarding the DealerBoost service:

Service 1: DealerBoost facilitates live text and chat messaging between dealers and shoppers. The messaging tool stores active and archived messaging correspondence, including shopper name, cell phone, and assigned salesperson, for 90 days in the dealer portal. After 90 days, the data is accessible only on the cloud-hosted server and can be retrieved by DealerBoost development teams upon verified requests from the dealership contact. It is not possible to download any data from the dealer portal. This tool does not push or receive any data from DMS data feeds.

Service 2: DealerBoost provides a recall tool for shoppers to discover recall data. Similar to Service 1, active and archived recall requests by shoppers are visible in the dealer portal for 90 days before being removed. After this period, the data is only accessible on the cloud-hosted server and can be recalled by DealerBoost development teams upon verified requests. Downloading data from the dealer portal is not possible. This recall tool does not push or receive any data from DMS data feeds.

Service 3: DealerBoost offers a text message-based follow-up service to shoppers who explicitly consent after purchasing or servicing their vehicle with Dean Honda. The follow-up tool handles data by receiving the DMS data feed directly from DealerVault to the secure, cloud-hosted server. No customer data is visible to the dealer; instead, the DMS customer data is processed by our software on the secure server. There is no way to download or view any DMS customer data within our dealer portal. Data is only received from DMS data feeds through this tool.

Service 4: DealerBoost provides a Trade & Sell Solution to help dealers acquire trade-ins from shoppers. The tool stores active and archived Trade & Sell opportunities, including shopper name, cell phone, assigned salesperson, and vehicle information, for 90 days in the dealer portal. After 90 days, the data is accessible only on the cloud-hosted server and can be retrieved by DealerBoost development teams upon verified requests from the dealership contact. Downloading data from the dealer portal is not possible. This Trade & Sell tool does not push or receive any data from DMS data feeds.

Dealer Portal Login Security: We offer dealer users the option to utilize multi-factor authentication via text message for logging into the dealer portal.
